Fern Tree Community Association
Fern Tree Community Association is a voluntary, non-profit making, incorporated organisation formed under The Constitution of the Fern Tree Community Association.
There is no membership fee, but to be a member you must live in the geographical area defined in the Constitution and attend the Annual General Meeting (usually held in April) in order to vote for the Officers and Committee.
The main focus of the FTCA is the Community Centre (at 8 Stephenson Place - at the end of this short street), which it owns freehold. Most community events are held with a view to covering the costs of maintaining the Community Centre.The FTCA runs regular Bookfairs, Quiz Nights, Film Nights, Dinners, the Fern Tree Photographic Competition and other events such as Carols by Candlelight and a family Barbecue.
